Having been a manager at one of the first security companies in Trinidad and Tobago (Brinks), Mr. Anthony Xavier used his solid background in the security industry to establish Property Protectors Limited (PPL) in 1979. The firm began using the name PPL Security Services Limited in 2008. Motivated to create his own brand by the lack of security service providers available locally, Mr. Xavier steadily built PPL utilising a quality management concept – one which has proven to be especially successful within the commercial and residential markets.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Xavier has always had a passion for quality assurance and professionalism. He is a member of ASIS International, a leading U.S.-based organisation for security professionals, Vice Chair of the Crime and Justice Committee of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and a member of the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago (AMCHAM).
